Mr. Dillard, an alumni of Pratt Institute and Cornell University, has a master’s degree in facility management in addition to an undergraduate degree in architectural design. He has forty years of project experience in residential, commercial, industrial design and construction fields. In 1987 he founded Dillard Design which specialized in facility management consulting, architectural, engineering and industrial design. This organization provided consulting services to both corporate and individual clientele. Design services included architectural space planning, corporate interiors, mechanical and electrical engineering, industrial design, municipal filings and computer drafting.

His company then grew to become Dillard Design & Development and ultimately, Dillard Design & Facility Management Consulting. Mr. Dillard’s experience working with many prominent New York based architectural firms led to extensive provision of facility management and design services for major financial institutions, residential and commercial private clients. Mr. Dillard has provided in-house and consulting services to organizations such as Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners; Kohn, Pederson, Fox; Gensler; Emery Roth and Sons to name a few. He has also provided facility management and design services for major financial institutions including Metlife Securities, UBS, Shearson Lehman, Goldman Sachs, Swiss Bank Corporation in addition to many other residential and commercial clients.
