She is deeply committed to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, and 17 through innovative solutions that tackle social and economic challenges, enhance community well-being, and promote sustainable growth.

She currently serves as the Tanzania Country Head for Commonwealth Business Women Africa and the Vice President of the African Women in Leadership Organization (Tanzanian Chapter). Her passion for natural resources—especially minerals—led her to found Women in Mining Operations, an association dedicated to mineral value addition in Tanzania, where she serves as CEO.

An accomplished serial entrepreneur, her business interests span multiple sectors including mining, construction, agriculture, environment, and tourism. She is the Chief Executive Director of Dream Developers Company Ltd, Technical Director at Kipindi Thamani Madini Ltd, and Director of Zeem Construction Company.

She is also a professional network marketer recognized for her leadership and commitment to nurturing others. Her work has empowered over 50,000 youth and mentored more than 300 emerging leaders across more than eight countries. Through these efforts, she has received multiple awards and honors from international organizations and institutions.

In addition, she serves as a Climate Change Ambassador for the Sharon Ringo Foundation, advocating for environmental sustainability and climate resilience.
