As COO, Eduardo works closely with the executive leadership team, strategic partners, investors, and operating organizations to develop and implement initiatives that connect investment, infrastructure, commerce, and community development. His responsibilities include supporting business development, strategic partnerships, operational coordination, project development, and the expansion of Five Star’s services and relationships across international markets.
